Targa to buy two Atlas partnerships for $5.87 billion
Targa Resources Corp. and the partnership it controls has agreed to buy Atlas Pipeline Partners LP and Atlas Energy LP for about $5.87 billion, adding to its ability to process, ship and export booming U.S. natural gas output.
