Plains to buy half of Texas pipeline for $1.1 billion
HOUSTON (Bloomberg) -- Plains All American Pipeline agreed to buy Occidental Petroleum Corp. 50% percent stake in a conduit that brings crude oil from the Permian Basin in West Texas to Gulf Coast refiners for $1.08 billion.
